Note that our Limited Warranty only applies to products purchased from authorized sellers and that we require proof of purchase to send replacement parts. 

The Fine Print:

LIMITED WARRANTY FOR THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA

Kankakee Spikeball Inc. (“Spikeball”) warrants that its products will be free from manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product, which is defined as five years from the date of delivery of the product to the end user consumer. Because Spikeball cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this limited warranty applies only to products that were purchased from Spikeball or a Spikeball authorized seller in the United States or Canada, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Spikeball reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence. Except where prohibited by applicable law (which may include the Province of Quebec), this warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.

Purchasers of products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon a product defect should visit Parts Request and complete our online form or reach out to us at [email protected] or 1 (833)-233-5489. Spikeball will repair or replace a defective product/product part that is covered by this limited warranty.

Please note that Spikeball reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and require that you send your product or certain product parts back to Spikeball. You are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product or certain product parts to Spikeball.

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Some jurisdictions (which may include the province of Quebec) do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SPIKEBALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR STRICT LIABILITY. Some jurisdictions (which may include the province of Quebec) do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
