How long will it take for my order to arrive?Updated a year ago

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm CST are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours. Once in transit, orders usually arrive within 3-10 business days. 

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday may not be processed until the following Monday. 

For US orders we fulfill out of our Illinois warehouse.

We offer several shipping methods. Specific transit times depend on the delivery address. For our shipping methods, the average transit times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Standard Shipping International: 7-30 business days

Expedited Shipping International: 1-10 business days 

We ship packages using national transportation carriers. This means packages are picked up from our warehouse by a national transportation carrier, and then transferred to another carrier for final mile delivery. The tracking link you receive is aligned with the final mile carrier. National transportation carriers do not provide live tracking updates. Therefore it may take up to a week for tracking updates to populate in your final mile tracking link.

The Regional Carriers we use are: OSM Worldwide, DHL, CDL Last Mile Solutions, United Delivery Service (UDS), Lone Star Overnight (LSO), OnTrac

The final mile carriers we use are: USPS, UPS, FedEx
