I have multiple charges on my card, what should I do?Updated a year ago
When you run into errors during checkout (incorrect billing address, incorrect security code, etc.), your bank may place a pending charge on your account for that purchase attempt. These charges help the bank keep track of attempted transactions on the card. Usually, pending charges are removed from your account in about 3-5 business days, or as soon as your bank updates its information.
Rest assured that Spikeball won’t accept payments unless an order has actually been placed with us. We decline your transaction as soon as we see a billing error. Even if the bank shows that a “charge” went through, no money actually changes hands. Please contact your bank or credit card company for more information. We’ll be happy to supply any verification or documentation they may require to remove the hold on your funds.
